Middle School Pre-Tryout Clinic

Legacy Volleyball’s Club Director and Michigan Community College Coach of the Year, Bryan Lindstrom is running a 3-hour All Skills Middle School Pre-Tryout Clinic to prepare girls for upcoming tryouts. This will allow the girls to get last second contact with the ball.

This 3 hour camp is designed for players with intermediate to advanced skills. This camp will offer instruction and training in the areas of passing, setting, attacking, serving and defense. Emphasis is placed on developing court movement and ball control, as well as game competition. Players will go through flexible movement workouts.
